CUSTOMER SERVICE

We would love to hear from you day or night!  Please feel free to email us at info@homegrownpa.com or call us toll free at 1-800-356-7416. If you call outside of our store hours, just leave a message and we'll get back to you the following morning. A knowledgeable sales associate can answer any of your questions — home related that is — so ask away! Our fall/winter store hours are Monday thru Friday   10am to 5:30pm EST, Ssaturdays 10am to 5pm and we are closed on Sundays.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGES

Please call us right away at 1.800.356.7416 or email us at info@homegrownpa.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Do not dispose of any packaging materials. Please provide us with all of the essential order information found on the paperwork and we will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the damage item is returned. If the item is not in stock, we will special order it for you. If there is urgency regarding the replacement piece, we can discuss our options over the phone. All of our shipments shipped insured with UPS, so it is critical you follow the procedures in order to help us get reimbursed for the breakage and make your exchange hassle free.
